While the Slickstream Engagement Suite works on just about any site, there's one group of publishers that have taken to us faster than the rest: food bloggers.

They make up a significant chunk of our early adopters, and for good reason. Food blogs generally have large amounts of evergreen content waiting to be discovered, and their visitors want a means to easily save their favorite recipes. We're a natural fit for both of those, and our testimonials from happy publishers back that up.

So with that in mind, we were absolutely thrilled to find out we were featured in the fifth edition of Eats Index this past week!

Eats Index is a weekly newsletter run by Jack Bennett, designed specifically for food bloggers, and it currently boasts a subscriber list of over 3,000.

"This is so very smart. This mini-banner is very appealing, and it absolutely can keep visitors exploring the site and its recipes, not getting bored and leaving. Keeping visitors engaged is job one for food bloggers, don't you agree?

...The little banner – which is called a 'filmstrip' – is offered by a company called Slickstream, and is part of their 'engagement suite' that also includes a cool, appealing ways for visitors to search your site and like your posts, among other things."
