There are two options to make sure that you are on the latest version of the Slickstream plugin: 1. [Delete the existing plugin and reinstall](https://www.slickstream.com/support/how-to-update-the-slickstream-plugin#option-1)(recommended if installing from 2.0.x ➜ latest version) 2. [Update from the prompt on the Plugins page](https://www.slickstream.com/support/how-to-update-the-slickstream-plugin#option-2) (recommended if installing from 1.4.x ➜ latest version) #### Option 1: Delete and Reinstall 1. Log in to your WordPress account and navigate to the Plugins page. 2. Click on Add New Plugin ![Download Plugin](https://www.slickstream.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Download%20Plugin.png?width=237&height=497&name=Download%20Plugin.png) 4. Search for "slickstream" in the Keyword field. You do not need to re-add your Slickstream site code or adjust any settings. This information will be maintained. Please clear any site caches and navigate to your website to ensure that Slickstream is still displaying and operating as intended. --- #### Option 2: Update from the Plugins Page 1. Login to your WordPress account and navigate to the Plugins page. 2. Locate the "Slickstream Search and Engagement" Plugin from the list. There should be a message that says, "There is a new version of Slickstream..." 3.
