We had a full system outage for Engagement Suite customers for 31 minutes starting at 15:28PM Pacific Time on July 7, 2020. The only impact to customer sites would be that Slickstream widgets would not have loaded during that time. The sites should, otherwise, have continued to work unaffected.

The cause was related to change we attempted to make today to our server infrastructure to increase scalability. This worked reliably on our staging servers but failed a short time after it went under full load. When we discovered the issue, we reverted the change and things are running smoothly under the previous version.

We apologize for the problem. We are working on tools that will allow us to stress test changes before rolling them into production.
