We had a full system outage for Engagement Suite customers for 31 minutes starting at 15:28PM Pacific Time on July 7, 2020. The only impact to customer sites would be that Slickstream widgets would not have loaded during that time. The sites should, otherwise, have continued to work unaffected.
Slickstream now supports email integration with ConvertKit. That means that if you manage newsletter subscribers using ConvertKit, you can automatically upload all sign-ups on your website via Slickstream.
